The Farmhouse Retreat: Women’s Wellness and Writing
Mid-Week Retreat
Colrain, MA, July 1-4
A Soulful Retreat in the Hills of Western Massachusetts
Spend four days in a cozy farmhouse nestled at the end of a dirt road. Wake to birdsong, sip a hot drink on the porch, write in your journal, and soak in the stillness of mountain views.
This July and take a break from the noise, discover what you want most and renew your inner independence.
Take time to listen.
In a world that feels loud, uncertain, and stretched thin, giving yourself the gift of clarity and connection isn’t just a luxury—it's essential.
When we return to what roots us—good food, good company, creativity, nature—we remember who we are and what we want more of in life:
Joy. Presence. Creativity. Wellness. Belonging.
Sometimes you need to rest.
To change your surroundings.
To step outside your routine and try different things.
Or to just listen and see what you hear.
A retreat is a moment to pause, recharge and return more grounded, more inspired, and more ready to walk forward in alignment with what matters most. Can you give that to yourself?
This retreat is for you if:
You feel overextended and sometimes on edge.
You crave time to hear yourself think—and dream.
You want to write, create, or reflect, but need the space and spark to begin.
You love soulful conversations, spontaneous moments, and meaningful workshops.
You want the option to do absolutely nothing— or everything, and feel deeply restored.

Hello! I’m Erica Wheeler — Songwriter, Interpretive Trainer, Educator, and Creative Mentor.
From my decades of experience as a performing songwriter and recording artist, and my extensive experience as a workshop facilitator and professional development trainer, I know what it takes to bring an idea to life — be that a creative project or a pivot in your life direction.
Everything I've ever created comes from this process: awareness, reflection, integration, and expression.
It starts with giving yourself the time.
Slowing down and reflecting is an essential part of the creative process. Without taking time to reflect and integrate, it can be difficult to make sense of our lives sometimes. We end up feeling like we're missing an essential nutrient for our well-being.
My retreats will nourish your whole self, from wonderful food and company to a self-discovery process to reconnect you with who you are, where you are, and what matters.
