The September Farmhouse
Women’s Writing + Wellness Retreat

Colrain, MA, September 24- 27, 2026

Give Yourself a Weekend for Reflection, Creativity, and Renewal

This September, gather at a beautiful farmhouse at the end of a dirt road in the hills of western Massachusetts for a weekend of writing, creativity, restoration, laughter, nourishing food, walks in the woods, firelight, and meaningful conversation.

You can come with a question you’ve been wishing you had time to sit with, or simply a desire to see what emerges when you slow down and listen.

If you’ve been craving restoration, reflection, creative exploration, and time to reconnect with what matters, this retreat is for you.

Autumn is a liminal season — a threshold time, when something not yet fully named may be ready to emerge.

Maybe what you need is not to learn more.

Maybe what you need is support and a defined time and space to tap into what you already know.

Bring curiosity, openness, and a desire for meaningful time away. No experience is required.

The retreat is intentionally spacious, with structure built in. Each day includes a blend of guided reflection, creative practice, time in nature, shared meals, and room to rest or follow your own rhythm.

It's designed to create the conditions where insight, clarity, creativity, and renewal can emerge.

You can participate fully in the sessions offered or spend time reading by the fire, writing in your journal, walking in the woods, booking a massage, soaking in the hot tub, playing ping-pong, eating s'mores, stargazing, or birdwatching.

You may leave with:

  • Greater clarity about a question you've been carrying

  • A renewed connection to your creativity

  • A deeper sense of what matters in this season of your life

  • Pages of writing, reflection, and insight
