In our lifetime, we will continue to live through ongoing social, political, and environmental changes. We'll do the right thing and the wrong thing and try again. We can empower each other to have a voice and try not to shut down anyone for not knowing enough. We can listen, be curious and lift each other and ourselves.

Unless someone's heart is made of stone, they are bound to be learning and softening at this point. As for staying centered in the midst of it all? There are practices that can take you there, no matter what is happening.

So that is what we did this year (see picture above!) For Summer Solstice this we celebrated the longest night with lights.
